Description

Job change signal tracking for B2B outbound. Use when the user asks about job change signals, champion tracking, new role outreach, vendor amnesty period, Clay job change monitoring, or days 14-45 engagement window. Do NOT use for general hiring signals (use hiring skill) or company-level events (use company-events skill).

What this skill does

  1. 1Tracks job changes in Clay using two methods: monitoring an existing table for changes, or creating a dedicated tracking table for ongoing future monitoring.
  2. 2Applies a timing multiplier framework: days 14-45 are peak (1.5x), days 46-90 are standard (1.0x), 90+ days are deprioritized (0.7x).
  3. 3Routes former champions to AE-owned outreach and new contacts at target accounts to SDR sequences.
  4. 4Scores champion job changes to a target account at 75 points — the highest-scoring contact-level signal.
  5. 5Calculates days-since-change automatically in Clay to trigger Slack alerts precisely at the day 14 window.
