Funding round signal tracking for B2B outbound. Use when the user asks about funding signals, Series A/B/C detection, post-raise outreach, budget availability triggers, Crunchbase monitoring, or venture capital signals. Do NOT use for general company events (use company-events skill) or hiring that follows funding (use hiring skill).

What this skill does

1. 1Scores funding rounds by stage: Seed = 20 pts, Series A = 35 pts, Series B/C = 45 pts, IPO = 50 pts.
2. 2Defines a timing framework: monitor in week 1, outreach in weeks 2-4 (peak), continue through week 8, deprioritize after 90 days.
3. 3Detects funding events via Crunchbase API, Clay enrichment, LinkedIn announcements, and press release monitoring.
4. 4Sets an SLA of 24 hours for rounds above $10M and 72 hours for smaller raises.
5. 5Stacks with hiring signals for compound scoring: funding (45 pts) plus hiring (40 pts) = 85 pts Warm.
