What this skill does

  2. 2Calculates per-speaker word count, turn frequency, interruption rates, and monologue length to surface speaking dynamic red flags.
  3. 3Detects hedging language, conflict avoidance patterns, and deflection with severity ratings and rewrite suggestions for each flagged instance.
  4. 4Analyzes question quality and listening behavior, classifying questions as closed, leading, open, clarifying, or building.
