Description

Scan support tickets, Slack channels, NPS scores, and usage patterns to flag accounts showing early churn indicators. Produces a weekly risk scorecard with severity tiers, root cause hypotheses, and suggested save plays per account. Designed for seed/Series A teams where the founder or a single CSM manages all accounts manually.

What this skill does

1. 1Ingest support tickets, Slack messages, NPS scores, usage data, and billing events for each customer account.
2. 2Score each account using weighted signals — escalation language and data exports are critical, communication silence and login drops are high, shallow usage is medium.
3. 3Tier accounts into Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green with total MRR at risk quantified per tier.
4. 4For each Red and Orange account, generate a root cause hypothesis and a specific 3-step save play with a talk track.
5. 5Produce a weekly risk report with trends versus the prior week and a ranked list of accounts to act on immediately.
