What this skill does

1. 1Diagnoses the signup flow end-to-end — step count, required fields, auth options, post-submit experience — and rates issues by High/Medium/Low priority.
2. 2Recommends a justified field set, separating fields required before product access from those that can be deferred to onboarding.
3. 3Evaluates SSO options (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, LinkedIn) for the target audience and advises on prominence versus email-form placement.
4. 4Structures output as quick wins, high-impact changes, and A/B test hypotheses — distinguishing obvious fixes from uncertain experiments.
