What this skill does
- 1Pulls campaign metrics (sends, opens, replies, bounces by touch), actual email copy, and full reply text from the configured outreach tool.
- 2Calculates quantitative metrics including per-touch reply rates, marginal reply rates, and variant performance with statistical confidence labels -- comparing each metric to benchmarks by segment.
- 3Classifies every reply by category (positive, meeting request, objection type, auto-reply, referral) and extracts patterns -- which objections cluster at which touch, what positive responders have in common.
- 4Grades each touch A-F on hook quality, value prop clarity, proof usage, personalization level, and CTA quality based on the actual copy.
- 5Assesses lead quality from reply patterns (high 'not relevant' = targeting issue, high 'wrong person' = title targeting issue) and produces a prioritized recommendation report.
