What this skill does

  1. 1Assesses site context — type, business goal, keyword priorities, recent changes — before scoping the audit to avoid generic recommendations.
  2. 2Audits technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content across a prioritized framework, flagging issues with High/Medium/Low impact ratings.
  3. 3Delivers an executive summary with top 3-5 priority issues and quick wins, suitable for sharing with non-SEO stakeholders.
  4. 4Produces a prioritized action plan ordered by impact and effort: critical fixes, high-impact improvements, and quick wins.
